How to proof the project against ‘at risk’ contractors
The recent lean period has seen a number of contractors become ‘at-risk’ or worse, to the detriment of individual projects and the industry in general. However, there are a number of steps that can be taken to mitigate the impact to clients as employers under building contracts.
