Simon’s recent career highlights include project managing the Professional Footballers’ Association office fit out in Manchester, which included a lecture theatre, podcast studio, and an LED screen tunnel right through the middle of an office!

Jacqui specialises in technical due diligence, conservation of historic buildings and project consultancy. She has long-standing working relationships with a number of our clients, including Lothbury Investment Management, M&G, Aviva Investors, The Portman Estate and Church Commissioners for England.
Jacqui has worked in many notable instructions during her time at TFT, including the TDD survey of the Bluewater shopping centre, the restoration of a number of National Trust properties and recent TDD surveys in Europe for an international bank.
