TFT is an independent real estate and construction consultancy with integrated decarbonisation services. We have been creating more valuable and resilient commercial buildings for 50 years.

Our team comprises over 200 specialist advisors based in the UK & Ireland, working across Europe. We help building owners, investors, and occupiers to maximise the commercial performance and sustainability of their buildings, including the reduction of embodied and emitted carbon. We do this with technical advice and commercial understanding, supporting building development, transactions, leasing, maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit cycles.
