Hugo is the Senior Director in charge of the Manchester office, with a particular interest in project management, project monitoring, technical due diligence and building pathology. He has worked in the Manchester market since 2001, having previously worked in London for seven years.

Hugo has undertaken core building surveying and project management assignments both locally and nationally, as well as internationally in places such as Holland, Italy, Ireland and Turkey.

These have ranged from project-managing commercial new-build, refurbishment and fit-outs to managing a proposed new £450 million mixed-use regeneration project in Dublin.
