Heal's Building, London

Project leads

Mat Lown

The project involved remodelling of the two courtyard areas to the rear of this iconic Grade II* building including provision of new glazed atrium roofs and installation of new walkways and scenic lifts. The lifts and walkways have simplified the access to the convoluted office floor spaces which have been added organically over the years throughout the history of the building.

As well as these remodelling works, the team is renewing the services infrastructure to the building and refurbishing much of the office space itself. This requires careful coordination to ensure that any impact to the remaining tenants in the building is kept to a minimum and business continuity is maintained.
