TFT joins West of England China Bureau

TFT has joined the West of England China Bureau (WECB) as part of our commitment to expand into Asian markets. With a well-established Bristol office which already does business with the region, a recent successful mission to real estate summit MIPIM Asia in Hong Kong and the growing interest in the UK and Europe by Asian commercial property investors, membership of the WECB is the logical next step to build greater connectivity between TFT and China.

In the global marketplace, strengthening ties between China and the UK – and Bristol and Guangzhou – helps develop understanding and connections. An important element for us will be beginning to understand the regional differences within China itself which is not one, but many markets.
