Acting as Project Manager and Party Wall Surveyor has undertaken a CAT A refurbishment including a new extension to the rear, achieving an extremely impressive EPC B rating for this Grade I listed building. Careful site management was required as all demolition and refurbishment materials had to be taken through the front door of this mid-terrace building.
