This project involved the rapid pre-purchase assessment of a major trade park portfolio of 271 properties spread across 48 sites in England, Wales and Scotland.
This significant instruction was time critical and TFT mobilised a dedicated team to ensure that the all the site surveys and subsequent reporting were delivered within 14 days. TFT also project managed a number of other specialist consultants such as environmental engineers and our sustainability team to enhance the reporting process. Key tenants within the trade park portfolio include Travis Perkins, Wolseley, Howdens Joinery, Screwfix and Topps Tiles.
Post-purchase, we are advising the fund on a strategy to maximize their investment value and to minimize risks associated with defects and potential obsolescence.
