Saltbox Business Park is a 70 hectare commercial and employment development located on the northern edge of Bognor Regis in West Sussex. The project was developed by Landlink Developments 1 Limited, part of Landlink Estates and funded by our client, Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM), an independent investment management business of the Knight Frank Group.

TFT was instructed to provide Project Monitoring and Reinstatement Cost Assessment services on the initial phases of this development project. The first two phases included a 35,000 sqft distribution warehouse pre-let to Warburtons, a 19,000 sqft Aldi food store, as well as Starbucks and Greggs drive-thru restaurant units. Car parking, service yards and associated estate roads and landscaping was also created.

Ensuring there was no risk to the public or even to the buildings, the development was checked for extensive flood risk mitigation works an environmental ‘buffer zone’ shielded the development from the adjoining Shripney village.
