The 46-floor Leadenhall Building – also known as the Cheesegrater – is a landmark building on the London skyline. It is currently the tallest building in the City of London and provides 610,000sq ft of prime office space. We were instructed to undertake technical due diligence on the building ahead of the proposed sale to CC Land. The sale itself was the second largest property investment deal and the scale and complexity of the instruction called for our expert technical understanding and resources.
