Westport 102 is a contemporary Grade A office development providing 85,978sq ft of office space within Edinburgh’s Exchange District, the business heart of the City. TFT was appointed to prepare an M&E and TDD acquisition survey to identify the current condition of the M&E installations together with projections of likely repair costs over the next 10 years.

This was in anticipation of the property becoming part of Cording’s Northern Region Property Portfolio. TFT also prepared a planned preventative maintenance contract (3 year term) which will be monitoring  throughout the agreed term.
