TFT carried out a CAT A refurbishment on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of 123 St Vincent Street in Glasgow. This comprised of previous tenant’s fixtures and fittings being fully stripped out and removed from the premises, inclusive of modular suspended ceilings wall partitions forming cellular space, all storage walls and carpet tiled floor coverings.
The floors were then redecorated, received new floor coverings and new light fittings. TFT encountered one or two anomalies along the way including fire protection works and sprinkler re-arrangement.
