Graham is an associate director in the London office and has eight years of experience. Graham’s specialisms include Technical due Diligence, Dilapidations, Building Defect Analysis, Project Monitoring and Planned Preventative Maintenance.

Graham has lead a number of Technical Due Diligence surveys on high profile buildings in central London and the South East region. He has recently undertaken a Due Diligence survey on 2 Ruskin Square on behalf of PIC, which was purchased for £267m and a large office building in the Theatre District which was purchased for around £150m.

Graham has extensive experience in dilapidation claims for both landlord and tenants. He has recently successfully negotiated a reduction in a landlords claim by 80%.
