Some key projects from Graham’s career include:

Technical Due Diligence on an industrial estate totalling over 3 million sqft.

Pre-acquisition and Schedule of Condition reports for Europe’s largest veterinary consolidator  

Led and undertook a condition survey programme on behalf of Police Scotland on their estate of over 500 buildings.

Undertook a dilapidations inspection totalling over £1 million across three buildings and negotiated the claim to a successful outcome.

Undertook defect analysis into water ingress and provided recommendations to the Landlord of London’s largest roof garden.

Away from work, Graham has a keen interest in sport and travel, having undertaken a ski season and travelled around Asia.
