Situated on the corner of Waterloo Place and Pall Mall lies the five storey building, 17 Waterloo Place.

Our client, The Crown Estate Commissioners, an independent commercial business with a distinct heritage and unique portfolio, appointed TFT for the following services:

We provided a complete Category A refurbishment of all five office floor levels. This included a new lift shaft and a lift car, the refurbishment of all communal areas, a brand new spacious entrance with a new reception area and WC’s. Also, the provision of showers, cycle storage and a WC in the basement.

One of the requirements of the Conservation Officer was to restore the original ornate plasterwork on the second floor. With our in-house experts, we ensured that this was carefully completed as well as restoring the original internal and external fabric of the building to keep with its unique style and character.

Whilst the BREEAM certification was not applicable for this project, TFT ensured that The Crown Estate’s own moderate Development Sustainability Principles were achieved. Our team were able to navigate through the challenges and deliver beyond our clients expectations.
