Our initial feasibility study for a two-phase project involved relocating tenants to an adjacent and enlarged street level retail unit and then amalgamating four other retail units within the Centre. These works included relocating a pedestrian Mall around them.
Relocating the Mall exit involved close liaison with the appropriate authorities and the challenges of combining and reconfiguring a number of units included satisfying the requirements and lease provisions for both incoming and outgoing tenants. The newly created enlarged unit provides a vital destination within the Centre, helping to increase footfall in that area.
