Jacqui Allen
Jacqui specialises in technical due diligence, conservation of historic buildings and project consultancy. She has long-standing working relationships with a number of our clients, including Lothbury Investment Management, M&G, Aviva Investors, The Portman Estate and Church Commissioners for England.
Jacqui has worked in many notable instructions during her time at TFT, including the TDD survey of the Bluewater shopping centre, the restoration of a number of National Trust properties and recent TDD surveys in Europe for an international bank.

One of my favourite TDD surveys was of the Merrill Lynch building in the city. It presented many challenges and included three large new office buildings, a section of the original historic London Wall and involved a trip down into the mail rail tunnels underneath the building.
I have a particular passion for good architecture and interior design, and having the opportunity to work on a huge variety of buildings is immensely rewarding. The conversion of existing buildings into high-quality office, residential and commercial space is very satisfying, not only in terms of the improvements to the building, but also being able to contribute to the enhanced value of the property. I am an avid multitasker and really enjoy having a large variety of active projects and TDD instructions on the go at any one time.
Away from the office sees me regularly on a spinning bike or out on the open road (when the weather permits), or indulging in my passion for interior design.
